Information and Collection

Information on this site may be collected for analytical functions. The site has been developed through a third party, Google G Suite, and as such the developer has limited ability to restrict the actions of such third party. The site will, when possible, minimize data collection solely to track visitor activity on the site, and will not follow visitor's off the site.

Information provided by visitors may include phone numbers, email addresses, or other personal information via text boxes that permit such submission under the contact page. Such information will be assessed for content, when it relates to data requests, they will be processed within 30 calendar days of receipt. When such submissions relate to potential client inquiries, they will be assessed, and the potential client may be contacted, or politely declined. In either instance, their contact information shall not be retained on this site and will either be destroyed or migrated to a client database.

Compliance with Law and Regulation

At all times this site aims to be aligned with current law and regulations. Due to ongoing privacy concerns and legislation, the site and this privacy policy are subject to be altered without warning or notice.

Law Enforcement

The site administrator will comply promptly to all valid and lawful requests from law enforcement, save in instances of attorney-client privilege and protected communiques thereof.

California Residents

Once a year California residents may request, free of charge, a copy of information that this site may have collected on the resident(s) and their activity on this site. This will be provided when it is available. Because Sinclair Legal Counsel deliberately does not track, plant cookies, or otherwise follow clients, past, present, potential, or future, requestors should anticipate a minimalist response. California residents may also request deletion of any information acquired by this website, unless such deletion is prohibited by law. Acknowledgement of receipt of requests for information on a person or deletion of information will be provided within 10 calendar days, with the requested action performed within 45 calendar days. Sinclair Legal Counsel reserves the right to request proof of identity before performing any action.

E.U. Residents

Sinclair Legal Counsel does not track personally identifying information nor information regarding political affiliation, religious affiliation, gender or sexual preferences/identity, or other private information. As such, a Data Compliance Officer has not been employed for the purposes of managing this site. Children

This site is not meant for the use of those under the age of 18 in the United States or the applicable age of majority in other countries. Any inquiry made from or by a minor will be respectfully declined and promptly deleted, unless it is believed to relate to unlawful behavior, such as trafficking, abuse, or other criminal acts, in which case it will be forwarded to the most relevant authority.

Cookie Policy

This site is based off of Google's G Suite offering. Sinclair Legal Counsel, does not utilize trackers, beacons, or cookies that may follow your device off this website. Any such technology that may track your device is limited solely to movement around the website as a whole in order to provide aggregated analytical information. Any personally identifying information is, when possible, deleted as quickly as possible.

Because this site is based off of a third party, namely, Google, cookies, beacons, and/or trackers may be utilized without the knowledge, awareness, or consent of Sinclair Legal Counsel.
